Research Interests

My recent research interests have primarily been involved in testing the use of geophysical techniques and equipment in the collection of high resolution data. In particular the cross-over of terrestrial and marine techniques within the intertidal region as a means of constraining offshore geophysical data.

My other research interests lie in the use of high resolution geophysics to determine the changes in coastal position and morphology during the Holocene sea-level rise.

My current position within Centre for Applied Marine Sciences is fullfilling external contracts, including;
  • sub-bottom profiler survey and interpretation of data.
  • business proposals.
  • event planning.
I also assist with the teaching of Undergraduate practicals and fieldtrips throughout the year, including a 2 week 2nd-3rd year field course to South Wales.
